  • Any Exposé or other documents you upload for analysis
  • Technical metadata (for example, the date and time of upload)

We process this data to prepare your AI-based analysis, to send you the requested guides and report, and, with your separate consent, to contact you about further analysis or related invitations.

4. Legal basis

Processing takes place on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit a form on this site.

5. Storage and technical implementation

Uploaded documents and form data are stored on servers located in the EU, using technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to GDPR requirements.

6. Recipients of data

Only our own team and technical service providers (for example, our cloud storage provider), acting as data processors under the relevant agreements, have access to your data.

7. Retention period

We keep your data for as long as needed to prepare and deliver your report, or until you request its deletion.

8. Cookies and local storage

This site uses only technically necessary cookies and browser local storage (for example, to remember your chosen language). No analytics or advertising cookies are used without your separate consent.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict the processing of your data, and to data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@immofirst.eu.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your place of residence or the place of the alleged infringement.

11. Automated decision-making

The AI analysis is purely informational and does not constitute automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR -- the final decision always remains yours.
